We accept payments via credit card, Paypal and US Money Orders. Credit cards, Gift cards, and Paypal payments are processed online thru Paypal. Payment info should never be sent via email or other unsecured method.

Any Return Address Label, Custom’s Documentation, or Credit Card Receipt is marked “GRAPHICA DESIGN” our legal business name. Our return address is: Graphica Design, PO Box 785, Springfield, VT 05156  USA


Order production can take 1 to 4 weeks for sewn to order items. More complex custom items can take longer. Shipping time is additional. Fabric by the yard and Swatches ship in 1 to 2 business days. If you need your items for a specific date, please state this in your order comments, or contact me via email.

RUSH service is available- this will guarantee shipment in 2 – 4 business days. The Rush fee is 50% of your total before shipping is added. Please contact me if you would like to add Rush to your order.

Once your order is completed you will receive an “Order Completed” email from Spandexwear, as well as a USPS Shipping notification with tracking information.


Insurance –NEW —As of 6/12/18  I will insure Custom designs for full value during shipment. This only applies to custom designs ordered through a link I provided. It does not apply to products listed for sale on this website, even if custom sized.  This will mean that a signature may be required on delivery, but I feel this is a small inconvenience when compared with the loss of a one of a kind custom garment.  For US customers, a signature is required on Priority Mail  insured for $500 or more and Express Mail insured for over $100.  Requirements for International shipments will be determined on a case by case basis. You can choose to waive the insurance requirement, but keep in mind I cannot be responsible for lost packages. (The insurance fee is not added to your shipping charges, it is an extra that I will cover)

Orders are shipped via US Priority or Express Mail in plain packaging. Shipping charges are determined by weight. You’ll have a chance to choose your shipping method and see the charges before completing your order.

Priority Mail includes insurance coverage up to $50, and Express $100. If you wish to add extra insurance to your shipment, contact me when you place your order.

Double check your information! Graphica Design cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once a package has been shipped the address cannot be changed.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Priority Mail within the US takes 2 to 3 days. Express Mail is next day to most US addresses, but can take 2 days to some locations.

International shipping

International shipping times vary, usually 1 to 2 weeks for Priority International,  and 1 week for Express International. Tracking service is available for all shipments.

First Class International has been added as a less costly alternative for orders under 4 lbs or $400.00. Shipping may take longer than with Priority International, though some have reported the same or even less of a wait. Pricing starts at just $15.50 for Canada and $22.50 for other destinations.

International customers are responsible for any Customs fees or taxes charged upon delivery.  We are required by law to state merchandise value on customs forms and include a copy of your invoice. Please don’t ask me to do otherwise.
