US and International customers:

US Priority Mail is used for ALL customers in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. This also includes our Military folks using any APO/FPO address. Transit time for Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days. Express Mail service is also available.

Keep in mind that Shipping time does not include actual production and order turnaround.  

Choosing Express shipping will not automatically get your order out the door faster. Remember- because of the custom nature of Spandexwear products, I cut and sew each item to the specifications of your order, so typical turnaround is 3 - 5 weeks.

You must also choose RUSH service and/or contact us when you place your order for faster processing. The fee for Rush Service is 50% of the order total before shipping, which guarantees your order will ship in 2 - 4 business days. Please, PLEASE read About Spandexwear for more information.

Fabric by the yard, swatches and in stock sale items ship in 1 - 2 business days-  The statement "you can expect to see your order in about 3 -4 weeks"  on the order confirmation does not apply here.

A signature will be required for delivery of most orders, at my discretion.

Currently we do not have an insurance option available on shipping. Express shipping automatically includes $100 of insurance on qualified orders, and I typically add basic insurance to international orders. If you would like your package insured, please make a note at checkout and I'll include it for you.

We now use the USPS Online Click-n-Ship Service. When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification from the USPS, with tracking info if available.

Any Return Address Label, Custom's Documentation, or Credit Card Receipt is marked "GRAPHICA DESIGN" our legal business name. Our return address is: Graphica Design, PO Box 785, Springfield, VT 05156  USA

Additional policies for International customers:

International Shipments will use Priority Mail International (6-10) days or US International Express Mail (3-5 days) Shipping times are estimates, it is a good idea to allow extra time. I have found that actual shipping time can vary depending on customs policies of each country. Both services, (with the exception of the small Flat Rate Priority mailer) have insurance and tracking available and require customs documentation. A phone number is recommended for ALL international shipments

You are responsible for any Customs Duties or Fees imposed by your government when your package arrives. If you are unsure, check with your local Customs office before ordering. Some customers report no Customs Fees, others report tariffs of 100% being imposed. Plan Ahead! We have no way of knowing how much tax your country may or may not impose on our finished goods. 

Please don't ask us to falsify Customs documents or Order Receipts. 1st- it's illegal, 2nd- it screws up our computer system, 3rd- our local Postmaster would spot them right away anyway. Any package that requires a Customs Declaration is discreetly marked as Sportswear or Theatrical Garments.
