We accept payments via credit card, Paypal and US Money Orders. Credit cards are processed thru Paypal but you do not need to register with them to submit payment this way. Payment info should never be sent via email or other end-user messaging technologies.
Some customers have found this confusing, so I hope the following will help:
Once you choose the Paypal/Credit card option and click “Submit Order” you will be taken to the Paypal login. You’ll see your order summary to the left and on the right Paypal account login fields, but look closely below that you’ll find a link that says ”Don’t have a PayPal Account?” Click that and the credit card form comes up. This also works for current Paypal users who just want to use a credit card.
If you have other issues- error messages or Paypal timeouts, please contact me! I can send you a Paypal invoice, or take your information over the phone and run the charges manually.
Turnaround
Order production can take 4 to 6 weeks for sewn to order items. Shipping time is in addition to this. Fabric by the yard, Free Swatches, and Sale items ship in 1 to 2 business days. If you need your items for a specific date, please state this on your order comments, or contact me via email. If you don't tell me I cant know.
Once your order is completed you will receive an “Order Completed” email from Spandexwear, as well as a USPS Shipping notification with tracking information.
Shipping-
Orders are shipped via US Priority or Express Mail in plain packaging. Charges are determined by weight. You’ll have a chance to choose your shipping method and see the charges before completing your order.
Double check your information! Graphica Design cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once a package has been shipped the address cannot be changed.
Please note- choosing Express shipping will not get your order out the door faster. You must also choose RUSH service when you place your order for faster processing. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information on RUSH orders.
Priority Mail within the US takes 2 to 3 days. Express Mail is next day to most US addresses, but can take 2 days to some locations.
International shipping times vary, usually 1 to 2 weeks for Priority International, and 1 week for Express International. Tracking service is available for all shipments except Flat Rate Priority International packages.
.International customers are responsible for Customs fees. We are required by law to state merchandise value on customs forms and include a copy of your invoice. Please don’t ask me to do otherwise.
