By submitting an order to spandexwear.com you acknowledge and agree to the following, as well as to all policies and information posted on the pages of this website.
All items are custom cut and sewn to the specifications of your order: fabric, size, added options etc.
Payment must be received in full before any work is begun on your order. Missing or incorrect payment information will cause delays.
Order turnaround for most items is normally 3-4 weeks, longer during the busy Halloween season. If an item is needed by a special date you must inform me at the time of order to guarantee timely delivery. Exceptions are fabric by the yard, swatches, and sale items which ship in 1 to 2 business days.
Rush Service is available for most items. The additional 50% fee guarantees shipment in 2 - 4 business days.
Business days are Monday thru Friday except for US Federal holidays.
All sales are final - Because of the custom nature of our product, there will be NO cash refunds once work has begun on your order. If you must cancel, and your order has been charged but the fabric has not been cut, we will issue a refund minus 5%.
All items are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship, fabric, and zippers. Please inspect your garment upon receipt and contact me immediately concerning any problems with your order.
Graphica Design is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by a customer. If a package is returned as undeliverable for this reason, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
