Please use this form for all custom requests - this includes any style, design, or fabric that is not already available on Spandexwear.com, or for modifications to existing products.
I will be accepting custom orders on a limited basis as time allows. If you have have an original costume idea or are looking for a style or option that is not available for sale on the website, use this form to request a quote. Please include complete details and description, including choice of fabric and sizing, as well as front, back and side details. Pictures or sketches are helpful and can be emailed to quote@spandexwear.com
I do not reproduce copyrighted designs without permission- no exceptions.
Be as clear as possible about what you want. Incomplete information will cause delays. Any changes made to design, fabric, and/or sizing after a price has been stated, will require a revised quote or additional charges to be determined at my discretion.
Once you submit this form, please allow me several days to reply. You will receive a quote and instructions for ordering. During busy times it may be necessary to turn away custom orders due to lack of time. I recommend allowing at least 2 months for the whole process, longer for complete complex costumes.
I now require complete measurements for all custom designs, even if you are ordering a standard size, eg. Small, Medium, Large etc. Please go to "Measurements" under the Information Menu. This form can be completed and submitted at anytime. Remember to include your name and email address.
